Digital Decor Classic Impressions MessageMats Floor Mats are constructed with the same state-of-the-art process as the Classic Impressions Logo Mats.
The digital designs provide a greater color variation with enhanced images and finer details. All MessageMats are fully launderable mats constructed of Static Dissipative nylon yarn and backed by Nitrile rubber backing for non-skid stability and ease of laundering.
- YARN: Acid Dyed Continuous Filament Nylon
- TWIST: Each strand of yarn contains two plys of fiber that have been twisted individually 5.0 turns per inch and then twisted together at 5.0 turns per inch. The yarn is then heat set to permanently maintain the hard twist.
- WEIGHT: 26 oz. per square yard (884 grams per square meter)
- STATIC CONTROL: Mats are rated at less than 1KV on AATCC134 electrostatic propensity test. Satisfies IBM test requirements.
- PRIMARY BACKING: Freudenberg LUTRADUR® Polyester Spunbond Non-woven Fabric 3.8 oz./square yard (130 grams per square meter)
- RUBBER BACKING: 100% nitrile rubber for maximum oil resistance, weight reduction and flexibility. Compression molded with reinforced borders on all four sides. Border Thickness: 90 Mils. Body Thickness: 52 Mils.
- FLAMMABILITY: Exceeds requirements for FF2-70 - standard for surface flammability of small carpets
