Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Floormatshop.com for your matting needs. We hope you are satisfied with your order and you continue to shop on Floormatshop.com in the future. To ensure customer satisfaction, we would like you to look over the following return policies.
Upon receiving your order please do the following before opening the items:
- Check all items for any defect in the original packaging.
- If item is damaged, please have the parcel carrier make notes of any damage so items can be fully refunded.
- Make sure the item is what you expected before opening the package.
- If you ordered multiples of one item, open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all of the packages
If you are for any reason unsatisfied, please read the following and fill out the Return Authorization Form.
- The Return Authorization Form must be filled out within 5 days of receiving the items.
- Items must be returned in new unused condition.
- A 10% service charge may be applied to all returned items.
- After 5 days, a 15% - 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- If the items are used, or opened we reserve the right to reject the returned product(s).
- Shipping charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the available credit.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If there are any signs that the item has been used or opened we reserve the right to apply up to a 50% restocking fee. All return items must be in their original packaging.
