I love it, it works great. If anything could be changed it would be the floor wand. As you're using it to suck up the water, it turns on you! Otherwise works great!

The extractor is well designed. The floor wand could be better because it's not ergonomically designed and because of this, I think leaves some water on the carpet.if the end had a bent shape I think it would do a better job. The upholstery wand is much better and does a better job. I was thinking of returning this extractor but the company was so good with delivery, customer service and price that I will keep the extractor. I just get better wands. Overall, I am happy with it.
