Thick, Solid, Edges Well-Stitched with Vulcanized Membrane Connecting Mat to Edges. Sized perfectly to communicated specifications for the custom mat, with the color being consistent to what is shown on the website. Customer service was very helpful and provided insight into areas not considered.
I have since ordered a slew of other mats from them!

What I got was exactly what I ordered. I only gave a 4 for Value for money because I'm from the generation when things didn't cost an arm and a leg, but in comparison shopping I must say I can't complain about the price.
ALSO, when for at least a couple days after I received an email saying my order had shipped yet every time I checked for an estimated delivery date all I got was something like "we're workin' on it" (this was UPS, NOT Floormatshop) I emailed them to ask what up. "Kate" replied quickly and said she'd check on it and get back to me, though she said it in more detail that than. It was kinda like she was a person and so was I and she actually CARED. Refreshing these days. Well sir, before I even heard back from her I got an estimated delivery date from UPS. I'm sure she put the fear of God into them UPS!!
Anyway, overall a great experience.

I was expecting the edges to be finished. That was the reason I was willing to pay a premium price for. Two small pieces for my boat. I could have done this myself with pieces from a remanent store. When I questioned customer service, the response was essentially, too bad!

There were only 2 side trip options None or Large Black. For a home install it would be good to have something in between.

Custom cut mats are so hard to find! I was so grateful to find the FloorMatShop to carpet my parking garage elevators. They haven't been replaced since I could no longer find custom. They were easy to order. Were shipped in a timely manner and were a great price! Wonderful experience overall!

This floor mat shop is great because they not only have standard size mats but they also cut custom sizes to any size you want. You will pay up for this but the quality and durability is outstanding. They also have a wide variety of great colors and a couple of different types of borders. They communicated with me throughout the whole process as well. Custom cuts do take longer to ship, but its worth the wait. We wanted a royal purple exterior rug to completely cover our pre fabricated concrete step unit. It came out beautiful.

I purchased a total of three of these floor mats for our church from this company. The mats are very nice. You can tell that they are heavy duty. These mats are thick and heavy. They are not flimsy. You can not just kick them out of place. They stay put.
They look amazing and they add a nice touch to the entryways. I ordered the dark denim blue and everyone loves them. The blue is such a deep color and it looks much better than a black or gray or charcoal color mat.
I would recommend this to everyone.

I bought the floor mats I did from the Floormat Shop because they remind me of the mats you would see outside a Ritz CArlton or Four Seasons Hotel. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same mats. Extremely high quality, durable, a great looking product as well with multiple color choices. I have these mats outside of every entryway to the house and guest house and they have really dressed up the entrances.

Color not as named or pictured. Original picture was listed and looked Like dark forest green but I got more of a Dark turquoise Color. Tried to return it. But they kept saying that I got the right color and wanted to Send a sample to prove it. What use is more turquoise to me.
