Great product and service. Even though delivery was delayed due to chain supply issues, customer service kept me up to date, the product was delivered in great shape, no weird rug smell (which I hate) and my husband is thrilled with the gift! Worth the wait. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and much appreciated.
