COMMERCIAL MAT SIZING:

All trade Sizes that are shown in the product pages are approximate sizes and are subject to a manufacturing specification tolerance of +/- 3to 5%. During the manufacturing process some shrinkage may arise and is therefore mat not be exactly true to the stated trade size(s).

COMMERCIAL MAT COLORS:

The color images that you view for each floor mat may not be the exact color of the actual fiber colors of the delivered mat. This is due to individual computer monitor settings. If you require an exact color match view please email or call 888-226-2724 to arrange a sample swatch to be sent out for viewing. Allow 5-10 days for delivery of any sample request.

CUSTOM LOGO MAT ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

The FloorMatShop is committed to providing the most attractive logo mats available. Essential to this is the quality of the artwork that is provided to us.

All artwork can be submitted by e-mail, Federal Express or UPS, or mail. If e-mailing your artwork please send in one of the following PC formats only: jpg, wmf, tif, eps, dfx, gif, & bitmap to sales@floormatshop.com

Faxed copies distort artwork and therefore cannot be used.

Below is a list of different types of Non-Electronic artwork classified as acceptable, unacceptable or marginal. If we are unable to use marginal artwork, you will be notified to supply us with a different format. Please try to provide the best possible artwork on the initial order, as this will expedite the process.

Acceptable Formats:

  • Black/White Ad Slicks
  • Letterheads
  • Brochures
  • Business Literature

Unacceptable Formats:

  • Faxes
  • Emblems or copies of Emblems
  • Banners or Flags
  • Full Size Mats

Marginal Formats:

  • Color Prints*
  • Newspaper Ads
  • Yellow Page Ads
  • Business Cards

* Color prints, if available can be submitted to show color placement for a design.

ARTWORK PROOFS:

Artwork Proof(s) will be sent by email in an electronic viewing format of your logo or design on a mat. Customer approval will be required before the mat(s) is set for fabrication.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to receive your Art Proof. Once the Proof is emailed back to you, let us know if there are any adjustments needed to your proof. If everything looks good please sign and fax back to 224.654.6550.

You can also send approval of your artwork proof via email to sales@floormatshop.com.

An approved artwork proof is required prior to starting any manufacturing of your custom mat. Once the approval of artwork proof(s) is sent no more changes will be allowed if the manufacturing process has started of your mat(s).

PRODUCT PRICING AND INFORMATION:

FloorMatShop.com is always striving to give you accurate content, including product information, policies, pricing, and visual content. Our policies, pricing, and item availability are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed may be subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment at which time you will be notified for final approval. Images are shown for representational purposes only and may be subject to manufacture changes that FloorMatShop.com was not yet aware of at the time of your purchase. In the event of, FloorMatShop.com tries in good faith to make sure that the information displayed in both written and pictorial form is accurate; we are not responsible for inaccuracies from our manufactures information.

This disclaimer in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:

We strive to ship all orders promptly; however we occasionally have items which are on backorder from our manufactures. In the event of an item being backordered, we will hold the order and notify the customer of status via email or phone. Please provide accurate email/phone information so our Customer Service Department can efficiently communicate with you.

  • Orders received Monday thru Friday before 1:00pm CST will be processed the same day
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed next business day
  • Orders placed on a holiday will be processed business day
  • Allow 4-7 days for shipping of your order from our warehouses. This does not apply for any custom matting orders and delivery time to your location.

PAYMENT PROCESS:

  • Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped, at which time we will email you tracking information.
  • Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a deduction from your account.
  • Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank or credit card.

SHIPPING & ORDER FULFILLMENT INFORMATION:

  • Continental U.S. (Lower 48): UPS or FedEx ground Commercial & Residential, UPS or FedEx 3-Day*, UPS or FedEx 2nd Day* & UPS or FedEx Next Day*.
  • U.S. Overseas: USPS Priority Mail is used for shipping to APO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. These destinations require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you via email for your approval of these charges. Please allow additional processing time for the order.
  • We currently do not ship any order outside of the United States.
  • Please contact our customer service department at 224.654.6500, Mon.-Fri., 8:00 - 5:00p.m. Central time if you are in need of an exact shipping time.
  • Backordered Items - A sales representative will contact you with an estimated availability date.

SHIPPING RATES:

  • Ground shipping rates only apply to continental U.S. destinations.
  • Expedited shipping is also available (additional shipping charges will apply). Please indicate when the shipment is needed and a contact email/phone number so you can be contacted for approval of additional charges. Customer approval of additional charges is REQUIRED to expedite any shipment.
  • Additional fees will be applied for shipping to Hawaii & Alaska. A customer service representative will contact you with your shipping costs.
  • International & overseas shipping is not available.

FREIGHT/COMMON CARRIER RATES:

  • Larger items such as Floor Machines and Heavy Equipment are shipped via common carrier to your location.
  • We will strive to secure the least expensive freight rate for our clients when shipping common carrier. It is beneficial when acquiring a reduced shipping cost if the large item shipment can be delivered to a commercial location able to accept large trucks. Please put this location in the Ship-to area of the check out process. A customer service representative will contact you with your freight costs before shipment of any large item.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING:

FREE Ground shipping on all qualifying commercial floor mat orders.

  • Applies To Commercial Mats orders of $100 or more
  • A flat fee of $13.95 applies to any commercial mat order below $100

* Exemptions:

  • Free ground shipping within the continental United States only
  • Offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories
  • Orders including non-commercial mats will calculate standard shipping costs for those items only
  • UPS or FedEx 3-Day, UPS or FedEx 2nd Day & UPS or FedEx Next Day will require additional shipping charges

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Upon receiving your order please do the following before opening the items:

  • If shipment parcel(s) shows signs of shipping damaged, please have the parcel carrier make notes of any parcel(s) damage at the time of delivery.
  • Check the item(s) for any visual delivery damage or defects in the item(s) original packaging.
  • Make sure the item is what you expected before opening the package.
  • If you ordered multiples of one item, open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all of the packages.

If you are for any reason unsatisfied, please read the following and fill out the Return Authorization Form.

  • Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. When you call, please ask for a return authorization. Returns are subject to a $15.00 service charge. There is also a restocking fee of 25% of the order value for orders under $1,000 dollars. For orders over $1,000, the restocking fee is at the Seller’s discretion. If more than 5 days have passed since the purchaser has received the merchandise it is up to the seller to decide whether to authorize the return.
  • Please note that colors can appear different on a computer screen vs in hand, if you are unsatisfied with the color the seller is not responsible. Requests for color samples are available prior to purchase.
  • Custom products cannot be returned due to their unique nature.
  • Items must be returned in new unused condition.
  • If the items are used, or opened we reserve the right to reject the returned product(s).
  • Any markings on the packaging put there by the consumer will constitute a rejected return.
  • Original shipping charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the available credit.
  • Any refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
  • Shipping the item(s) back without an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued from FloorMatShop may delay your refund.
  • Shipping cost and responsibility of the product back to FloorMatShop shall be that of the customers if the order was placed in customer error.

Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee covers the products and services that we provide our customers. If a customer is dissatisfied in any way with a product or service, we guarantee that we will replace the mat or refund your money, and will resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.

LUDLOW COMPOSITES CORPORATION - CROWN MATS

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY

Crown Mats and Matting warrants new products against defects in material and workmanship when maintained as instructed in Crown Use and Care Product Information sheets included with each product. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the original user and to the replacement, repair, or pro-rated refund of said product. Materials must be returned freight prepaid when requested for inspection to obtain this warranty. Freight charges will be credited when goods are deemed warrantable.

Crown Mats and Matting reserves the right for final determination of warranty coverage. The start date of this warranty is the date goods were shipped from the factory. This date is validated by customer purchase order number or Crown invoice number.

BASIC WARRANTY COVERAGE

Crown warrants new products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year when maintained as instructed in Crown Use and Care Product Information sheets.

SUPERIOR MANUFACTURING GROUP - NOTRAX®

All NOTRAX® floor matting is manufactured of the highest quality material and workmanship. Dependability and service of our products are guaranteed under normal conditions of use, or a full refund or replacement (based on the manufacturer’s discretion) will be made. Buyer has the responsibility to determine the suitability of the product and assumes any liability in connection with such use. Seller shall not be liable for damages in excess of purchase price of product.Warranty does not apply to splicing or seaming of mats. Laminate - top products (including UniFusion™ products) with foam backing are not guaranteed against spike heels or stool legs.

Superior Manufacturing Group guarantees the bond on all NoTrax® laminated mats that incorporate the UniFusion™ process for the lifetime of the mat. The bond is guaranteed under normal conditions of use in reasonable dry application environments, or a full refund or replacement mat (based on the manufacturer’s discretion) will be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or replacements. This lifetime warranty protects against de-lamination or bond failure, and does not cover issues unrelated to the bond such as wear or foam tears.
