Shipping & Order Fulfillment Information

We ship orders via the following:

  • Continental U.S. (Lower 48): UPS or FedEx ground Commercial & Residential, UPS or FedEx 3-Day*, UPS or FedEx 2nd Day* & UPS or FedEx Next Day*.
  • U.S. Overseas: USPS Priority Mail is used for shipping to APO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. These destinations require additional shipping charges. A customer service representative will contact you via email for your approval of these charges. Please allow additional processing time for the order. Not all items will qualify to be sent via APO, PO Box.
  • We currently do not ship any order outside of the United States.

Free Ground Shipping

FREE Ground Shipping on all qualifying commercial floor mat orders.

  • Applies to a large selection of our commercial matting orders which order total is $150.00 or more and ship via standard ground shipping ex: FedEx, UPS or USPS. (not all of our mats will qualify for Free Shipping)
  • Due to over size shipping dimension some of the larger commercial size mats, Anti-Fatigue mats and special handling items may require additional freight charges.
  • Special Handling Charges: Some items may require to be shipped via Large Freight Truck incurring special handling additional fees such as lift gate fees, residential access fees or restricted area fees. Please contact us at 224-654-6500 option 3 with any questions on extra shipping and special handling fees.
  • Free Shipping does not apply to Accessories, Cleaning Supplies and or Equipment unless specified on the product page.
  • Free Shipping promotions exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

  • Orders including mats that don't qualify for free shipping will calculate standard shipping costs for those items only
  • UPS or FedEx 3-Day, UPS or FedEx 2nd Day & UPS or FedEx Next Day will require additional shipping charges


All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground or LTL Freight when appropriate. FOB shipping applies to all orders. Shipping cost is determined by items' size, weight, and destination address. The carrier has the right to request a customer's signature at their discretion. For expedited delivery, please contact our customer service department before placing your order.

If you refuse delivery of your order, your original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost from you initial order charges.


Our responsibility for the shipment of merchandise ends when the carrier accepts the products. All claims for damage or shortages must be made directly with the carrier, within 7 days after your receipt of the merchandise, after which, the merchandise will be deemed accepted. Claims made after this time period will not be honored. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt of, and prior to any use of, the merchandise. The filing of such a claim in no way alters the terms of payment due.

Order Fulfillment Information

We strive to ship all orders promptly; however we occasionally have items which are on backorder from our manufactures. In the event of an item being backordered, we will hold the order and notify the customer of status via email or phone. Please provide accurate email/phone information so our Customer Service Department can efficiently communicate with you.

  • Orders received Monday thru Friday before 1:00pm CST will be processed the same day
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day
  • Allow 1 to 7 days for any in-stock non-matting items on your order shipping from our warehouses to arrive. This does not apply for any custom matting orders and delivery time to your location. If you have any questions regarding lead times please call 888-226-2724 prompt 3.
  • Most matting items are fabricated to order.

Payment Process

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your item(s) are ready for the fabrication process on custom mats or are in-stock item(s) ready to be shipped.

Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a deduction from your account.

Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank or credit card.


Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing FloorMatShop for your floor matting & carpeting needs. We hope you are satisfied with your order and you continue to shop on FloorMatShop in the future. To ensure customer satisfaction, we would like you to look over the following return policies.

Upon receiving your order please do the following before opening the items:

  • If shipment parcel(s) shows signs of shipping damaged, please have the parcel carrier make notes of any parcel(s) damage at the time of delivery.
  • Check the item(s) for any visual delivery damage or defects in the item(s) original packaging.
  • Make sure the item is what you expected before opening the package.
  • If you ordered multiples of one item, open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all of the packages.

If you are for any reason unsatisfied, please read the following and fill out the Return Authorization Form.

  • The Return Authorization Form must be filled out within 5 days of receiving the items.
  • Items must be returned in new unused condition.
  • A 20% service charge may be applied to all returned items falling under the first 5 day period.
  • After 5 days, a 20% - 30% restocking fee will be applied.
  • If the items are used, or opened we reserve the right to reject the returned product(s).
  • Any markings on the packaging put there by the consumer will constitute a rejected return.
  • Original shipping charges are non refundable and will be deducted from the available credit.
  • Any refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
  • Shipping the item(s) back without an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued from FloorMatShop may delay your refund.
  • Shipping cost and responsibility of the product back to FloorMatShop shall be that of the customers if the order was placed in customer error.
