1. Do I have to check out to get a digital proof?

Due to the high volume of requests we kindly ask all of our customers to check out to receive a free digital proof which will be emailed to you after the order is submitted. Your card will only be authorized and you can view more information regarding payment here.

2. How long does it take to get a digital proof?

Once your order is submitted our team will download your artwork and submit to the plant’s designers for a digital proof. Typical lead time is 24-48 hours until your proof is emailed to you. Please note FloorMatShop and our plant is closed on weekends and holidays.

Variations to Proofs – If you request a variation of your proof, your request goes back into the queue and can have a lead time of 24-48 hours. Providing print ready artwork in the beginning insures your artwork will be done correctly the first time in most cases.

Your e-mail confirmation approving your design will allow us to process the order and send to fabrication. Please note we will send an e-mail confirmation that we have received your approval. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received your confirmation.

3. What is the lead time to have a logo mat delivered?

After you approve your proof the average fabrication time is around 7 business days. Some of our custom logo mats ship faster than others depending on the time of the year.

Can I rush my order? In most cases we have to follow the manufacturers lead times since they are fabricating a high volume of orders and working as quickly as possible.

4. What type of logo files do you except?

Below is a list of different types of artwork our design team can work with (if you do not have access to a vector based high resolution logo file). If we are unable to use marginal artwork, we are requesting if you can supply us with different material(s). Please try to provide the best possible artwork to expedited the process. Scanned copies distort the artwork and therefore cannot be used.

Acceptable Files

Vector Graphic Files: AI, EPS, PDF, CDR, SVG
Image Files: TIFF (600 DPI/PPI), JPG (600 DPI/PPI), PNG (600 DPI/PPI)

Unacceptable Files

Faxes, Emblems, Copies of Emblems, Banners, Flags, Full Size Mats, Badges, Shirts, Hats

Art Proofs: Art Proofs are available for approval of your designs. Art Proofs first and second versions on a single design are provided at no charge. Additional art proof versions of the same design will cost $25.00 each. Art proof charges will not be refunded if the design is subsequently ordered.

5. Can I get a color sample?
