The process of designing the mats we purchased went very smoothly. From the time we gave approval to receiving our mats was around 5 days. Our mats look great! We are very thankful we went Floormatshop for our mats. Very happ customer!

Great rubber mat! Fit perfectly between a two door entrance for our office! The only thing I'd suggest is having an indoor rug as well, as it doesn't completely clean off all mud even when you actively wipe your feet.

I only wish that our logo could have been bigger. Quality of the mat seems to be a very good weight & lays nicely on the floor. Pretty easy to clean too. As you can see by the picture it gets pretty dirty & it is inside the door. Apparently our men don't use the outdoor mat very much before coming inside from our paved parking lot.

Image is sharp and crisp, but the white printing has yellowed very quickly. I also wish the mat had more weight to it...it blows away pretty easily.

Great quality mat. I had bought one for our front entrance and it still looks new after 3 years and lots of traffic. We bought a second one for our side entrance, and it looks GREAT!

Everything was great about the product except several of the white letter nubs were missing paint, exposing the black rubber underneath. Customer service did give me a credit for the damage and suggested covering it with paint, but I would have been happier if their quality assurance team had corrected it prior to shipping. I'm not sure that paint will stick - I may have to experiment with another product to correct the flaw. Its too bad, because other than this - its a good product, but if the white came off of one area, will it hold up to heavy foot traffic? Time will tell.

We love the mat. When it first came the logo was a little off -meaning it wasn't perfectly straight - but the problem was corrected and we are very happy with the final product. Our logo came out perfectly - the colors are very vibrant. What i like the most is that the mat is very flat and sticks onto the floor so well and stays in place. This is so important because it's placed right in front of the entry door of our law firm. I was most worried if it would be a tripping hazard, but it definitely is not. It lays very flat and stays neatly in place. Very easy to clean. We are very well pleased.

Terrible customer service been waiting for 2 months for mat and customer service keeps making excuses rather than GET THE JOB DONE!
Also customer service does not seem to care about delay if they did they would discount the order or comp it. Ill never order from this company they did not even apologize they blamed it on the printers and say O-WELL!
