The mat seems to be good quality. They had the order more than a week before they shipped. Would give 4 stars for quality, 2 stars for service.

The mat seems to be sturdy but the design pools a lot of water

Hello Larry, Thank you for your review of our Scraper Mat. The bi-level design of this all rubber mat allows the mat to catch water so that it can dry out in the lower level of the mat while the top level remains dry and can continue to scrape excess debris. The beveled edging stops the water from leaking out on to the floor which can cause a slip hazard.
